# Really can't be bothered with Torchwood... Saw some of the first series and got utterly bored - the only episode I liked (might actually have been one of the later series) was the creepy village
Aside from the massive plot holes, I've been getting into Primeval, recently...

# Well, if you feel let down by Torchwood.
Don't bother with the most recent series of Primeval. It was cobblers. Apart from the very tasty time-travelling Victorian lass. She was most cute. Edit: Ruth Bradley, that's her.

# I didn't even make it to the end of that series.
Gave up just before the finale.

# JJ, You missed nothing.
Yet another contrived cliff-hanger, with the usual 'Will there be another series?' BS.

Fuck Tim Haines and fuck Impossible Bastarding Pictures.

# There WILL be another series.
But it'll air on the cable channel that's funding it/saved it from cancellation before ITV.

# If it's a co-pro, it'll be the same gang as last time.
Pro-Sieben in Germany, BBC Worldwide (Public Service wouldn't touch it with a shitty stick), ITV and some other ne'er-do-wells.

Dunno why that happened!

# I picked up 1-3 on the cheap, and I'm just at the end of series two... (might watch that last episode tonight!)
I picked up 4 and 5 at the weekend so I could get straight into them. Wishing I hadn't now!

Edit: in terms of disappointment I have to admit, the Walking Dead really has not held my attention - got halfway though and forgot about it. Odd, that.

# I watched the first one of WD
But just haven't bothered going back it. Total lack of engagement on my part. I think I shall go back and re-watch The Shield again, right from the start. Now *that's* good telly.

# I think I'll just stick Rab C Nesbitt on ;D
I seemed to have stockpiled quite a few boxsets I've not bothered watching (some of which I have seen before on TV, just far too long ago)...

# I've just ordered series 1-4 of Reboot from the States.
I'm all a-quiver in anticipation.

# blimey, I've not seen any of that for a long time...
Never really followed it, just remember seeing a few episodes...

# Really classy show, and some lovely gags for the 'older children'.
The X-Files episode was a real stand out.

Waaaaaaay better.

I may have to investigate.

# A few people have said that to me, now... I'll probably give that a go

# "Children of Earth"
was actually really good, but "Miracle Day" is just re-tredding old ground and an annoyingly slow pace.

# Oh come on, that's not fair.
There was some innuendo about bumlove as well.

# Harkness isn't a gay character in the normal sense.
He's a gay character of the "Mr Garrison from South Park" variety. In other words - a f**king weirdo that you don't want anywhere near you.

# Isn't he an alien though?
Perhaps that's what all space-gays are like. ET and Close Encounters were allegedly Spielberg funded by the CIA to prepare us for first contact.
Torchwood is Russell T Davies funded by Heat magazine to prepare us for space-gays.

# Actually his character is supposed to be bi.
But as many noticed the only people who weren't gay in Dr Who were the ones that had offspring.
