Not tried those... was going to but they put them up...

The hotdog is just an ikea tradition, and only nice because it's only 30p ;-)

I don't go there very often.

Only when I really have to. I prefer to get my furniture from Bethany and British Heart Foundation.

Furniture?....

Their glasses spontaneously explode with a half-life of about a year, though.

We got all our office stuff from there, it's alright for office stuff.

My last box of glasses lasted ten years before I'd broke them all...

Just brought a new box full earlier this year... no breakage so far... means i'm going to drop one tonight now...!!

Never knew they did veggie ones.....

Although I would be fumming myself if they stopprd doing the normal ones.... quite often it's all I ever buy from there on the way out ;-)

i was furnishing a new flat

and had a £1000 budget. got everything i needed, including a sofa, computer desk, 2 large and 1 small bookcases, kitchen stuff(including a lovely cutlery set), a very nice rug, ornaments, lightbulbs and cactus. all of that and delivery cam to £320. many clothing stores were visited that day :D

i've had it 5 years

always sit in the same spot and there's no sign of it sagging. high arms, single fixed cushion and you can get new covers for about £20. the sofa itself cost £120. it's meant to be a 2-seater, but it's definitely a 3

Mines 20 years old and knackered.....

Deffinitly need a new one, but it'll be on the wish list....

was really thinking about going away just for 3 or 5 days at christmas, just to get away from everything, but washing machine has just gone up the spout, so if I can't fix that myself, that;s what the money is going on instead...
