i got on his bus yesterday. fucking idiot made a point of staring straight ahead, refusing to acknowledge me or look at my ticket.

even when we check and find it out of date we get a load of stick and bullshit so it's just not worth the effort the favourite saying is "They can show me a cornflake box and I'll swear it was a valid weeksaver!" the job really is a grind. Although staring straight ahead an not even pretending to read the ticket (which I do) is rude to the extreme.
