# What is that thing anyway?
It looks like a 'futuristic' road sign from a 70s edition of Tomorrow's World.

I miss Tomorrow's World.

Someone forgot to tell the flying-car makers.

And while we're on the topic, where's my robot butler who can tackle this huge pile of ironing I'm ignoring?

# Things I remember from watching Tomorrow's World in the 80s/90s
- Wood substitute made from human faeces
- Learner's guitar with lighty-up fretboard
- Green lights above doors to show route to fire escape in public buildings (this one actually makes a lot of sense).
- Jar lids that change colour if the seal's been popped.
- Use-by dates printed directly onto fruit and veg in edible ink.
