The purpose of the role is to provide personal IT support to nominated Group Executives and members of the Board of Directors. IT support will be provided where and when required by the Executive to enable them to perform their role with maximum effectiveness. Services provided include desktop/laptop, email, printing, blackberry and mobile telephony. IT support will be provided in the office, at home and when travelling. The scope of support also extends to the Executive's administrative staff and family members. A key member of the Executive IT Support Team that provides personalized IT support to the Group Executive Team and Board of Directors on a 24x7 basis. This role is the primary interface between the Executive and suppliers.
