I can't help but feel that any flavour of omgcyberterrorism is just playing into the hands of those that want to police everything we do onlineThe US famously do not negotiate with terrorists, and a zero tolerance approach could be easily introduced if they can convince enough of the electorate that critical services and the country's infrastructure is potentially at the mercy of a load of 15-year-olds with a chip on their shoulder
