I don't think anyone was particularly fussed as to what it was a moon orbiting when they came up with it, what with it being a kids sci-fi film and not factually accurate (Ewoks are naturally much taller for example).

According to the TomTom star charts.......there should be something for it to orbit... but, to be fair, TomTom didn't realise they'd built the M6 Toll until about four years after it was opened, so that really doesn't surprise me.
