# Despite only being 20, I feel as though I've missed out on loads.
Like I want to start producing music, but all my idols started when they were, like, 15 or 16. I dunno, I feel sort of late to the party on that one.

# I plan to; I've got about 4 months of nothing ahead of me, so I'll make a start soon. :D

# I'm actually looking for one of those too.
But is there really anyone out there who wants a graphic designer for just 4 months?

# ^exactly this
you never stop learning stuff, if you're genuinely interested just go for it :D

this year i've learnt how to animate in gif, improved my PS skillzzz, and just started playing with me 'ole bamboo..

# I guess I just feel disheartened that everyone else seems to have started much sooner.
But this is very true, and it's something I've wanted to do for a while now.

# i don't think *everyone else* has started sooner..
significant misconception.. but i think your generation has a whole internet/social media load of other stuff competing against you and for your attention, which didn't exist 20 years ago..

imagine that doesn't help your perceptions much.

fuck listen to me, fetch me fucking pipe & slippers!!
shit evolves over time though, honest :D go with it...

# Yeah...
I do know there's some brilliant artists out there who started much later than 20, so I guess all is not lost.

I'll have to ask people in the know, see if they can give me any advice on where to start; I'm thinking of doing something similar to French house/electro, so at least I've got some idea of what I want to do.
