'Raising Arizona', 'Wild At Heart', 'Leaving Las Vegas' and 'Adaptation' are great.
I also have a soft spot for his Adam West-themed turn in 'Kick-Ass', along with 'Lord of War', 'The Rock' and 'Con-Air'.
Even enjoyed the 'National Treasure' films.

And the Ed Harris/Sean Connery combo was delicious to watch - most of the really tight dialogue was scripted by the same guys who wrote 'Porridge'.
