But Jimmy Saville is dead and was not convicted of any kid fiddling while alive. So why not? Not questioning the accusations but he is dead now and everyone now just assumes he was at it and has a story.

If you're 'Not questioning the accusations', the implication is that you believe them.
You're right, he wasn't convicted while he was alive - there are a number of investigations currently looking into why not.
So what exactly were you trying to get at with your post, you spanner?
