The last game I know of with a sense of humour was Time Splitters: Future Perfect. Pitching heavily armed gingerbread men against Donald Duck, a shoal of fish wearing a top hat, and a zombie monkey can only be a good thing.

But nothing since seems to have the same level of irreverence towards first-person shooters. No, it's all brown and grey palettes and laughably deadpan delivery. The appearance of a skeleton dressed as a sheriff in the Old West would alarm people, let alone when Mr Giggles ("Mr Giggles! Wanna see my pocket?") and some floating fat dude called Hans popped up.
