We once went to see 'freaks' there, and got a seat in the middle row
Glad the film was short, because they were some of the most uncomfortable cinema seats ive ever sat in!
Theyre showing Aliens there tonight. FINALLY - i get to see aliens on the big screen! Dunno if i'd rather watch the blu ray in my own home though - not that fussed about all this crackly original 35mm print business...

First time i saw the Exorcist
when it was still unavailable on video, my local fleapit showed it midnight on a saturday, with a really old crackly print, still with the old X certificate at the start.
No viewing since has been as frightening as that one was.
I think crackly prints really work for some films
