# Occupational Hazard for the Military Lads?
I've just read a thread on the oatcake forum about a lad from the Welsh Guards regiment who was on duty outside Windsor Castle and ended up wetting himself because there was a cock-up with the rostering schedule and he didn't get relieved when he was supposed to.

I can't imagine any other occupation where anything like that could be allowed to happen but I suppose on formal military duties, there's little other option available?

The other military posters expressed sympathy but didn't seem that shocked.
