TJ, of sorts, if I have a design with a famous brand logo, but edited to say a different word but in the same font. Like the 'cocaine/coke' one, is that breaching any sort of law? Only ask as nine of mine have been taken down unless I can get written proof its ok to use the trademarks. But I assume it was a computer program that spotted them, not human eye...

Any adapted trademark/copyrighted item is likely to cause you trouble should the respective owner or authority complain.
It's usually a case of seeing how long you can get away with it before the cease-and-desist letters start arriving, if they ever do.
