I'm not talking about standard of photoshoppery or anything like that, I'm talking the type of humour. It used to have a bit more of an edge or a bit more wit, now it's just dumb bbc-primetime-esque comedy and undeserving, exaggerated praise. It wasn't like that before. Thinking up a post or a joke would take effort before, which might or might not be rewarded with laughs/praise, now we have a situation where people pat their mates on the back for whatever they cough onto the photoshop palette, no matter how lacking in originality or wit their post is.
