The superfluous characters
The (painfully) badly written relationships and character interactions. The gimmicky gadgets and machines that are there for no real reason. The recycled "riddles in the mail" from Last Crusade. The recycled "secret on the floor" from Last Crusade. CG Monkeys. CG Ants. Lucas's fingerprints are all over this crap. If others wrote the script, Lucas dicked around with it after the fact.
