Okay, I'll show my workings a little bit...Bane is a DC/Batman character, and that is his body. Terry Thomas is a cad, and that is his head. Put them together and you get Cad Bane. Cad Bane is a Star Wars character, so his name is represented in Star Trek font. It's all perfectly obvious to me.
