the atari
was a games machine. It didnae have a keyboard (did it) and you couldn't write basic on it.. I made a really shit game one time it took me days.

was that the predecessor to the ST .. i have had a couple of them in my times.. was clearing out my attic the other week and couldn't bring myself to throw one away , so i took it to the pub for a drink untill someone asked me about it , then gave it to them ..... i shifted it out the door

yup;
the only other twin cart machine I've seen is the toshiba....for the record, you could get a keyboard for the atari vcs that had basic, and you could also get rom extenders that allowed up to 10 different carts to be in place all at the same time </geek>
