...that the secret search function isn't linked to from the board?

Or, more importantly, the FAQ? It would save all the 'How do I post this' posts, and might encourage folk to post who are intimidated by their lack of HTML knowhow.

even if the faq was linked to in 30px red blinking marquees at the top and bottom of every page on b3ta. Some newbies lurk til they find out how stuff is done, and some jump straight in and ask for help as they go along.
It wouldn't make much difference if we changed stuff in my opinion.
