if you have the 'shopclick the window and alt-print screen to grab just the active window then go to NEW in 'shop and it will open up a new document with the dimensiosn of what's inthe clipboard and a paste will dump the image.
You can do the same with microsoft picture viewer but when saving the file i find it sometimes dumps it in the temp internet files folder so i have to change folders on the save as bit a couple times to make sure it saves it in the right place.
