How the jack do you get to save it ?

which is why i havent posted one seems as any image sooftware i have doesnt like screen captured and refuses to import them type thingyness stuff

In Windows, use paintshop pro, or print screen and load your favourite image editor, then paste from the clipboard.

if you have the 'shop
click the window and alt-print screen to grab just the active window then go to NEW in 'shop and it will open up a new document with the dimensiosn of what's inthe clipboard and a paste will dump the image.
You can do the same with microsoft picture viewer but when saving the file i find it sometimes dumps it in the temp internet files folder so i have to change folders on the save as bit a couple times to make sure it saves it in the right place.
