This is strange, it's the most fun I've had in days and all I'm doing is bodging broken things.

(assuming we're talking about the compressed-air-in-a-can things that my workmates won't allow me to have any more)
Turn it upside down. Voila - instant liquid air. Freeze your friends and family! Much amusement.
If you depress the nozzle *really* carefully, you can get liquid air to dribble out the end... catch it in a bottle-cap or something, then drop in a warm coin and watch it flashboil.
Finally, spray air-duster all over a piece of bread and set it on fire. It'll burn for a good minute or two with a nice bright flame, but when it burns out, the bread will still be bread - not toasted in the slightest. You can also set your own hands on fire using sprayduster stuff but (ironically enough) you might get frostbite if you screw it up :)
