if engaged, doesn't usually go straight to that message on a landline. mobys do what they want.

most touch tone phones automatically revert to 'mammal warning'
that's the problem, I'd pop round asap to free them from any animal danger that may be threatening.
(truth is, they've been cut off coz they didn't pay their bill)
