With the recent re-assessment of council tax bands, I got royally screwed.

And then there's the environmental charge for the maintenance of Richmond Park.

Still, I make sure I kill at least one deer a month and sell the venison. Got to get my monies worth.

I've got monthly installments set up but they 'forgot' to take the money one month, so they've taken twice as much this month without any warning. It's lucky I had just enough to cover it.

By Law, they have to accept any reasonable repayment scheme that you suggest.

fortunately someone had moved out and someone else in during the period so when I told them this they scrapped it all and started again as if nothing had happened.
