a pie (round, without tapering sides) would be Pi*r^2*h
where h is the height of the pie, r is its radius.

you could
do that indirectly by getting bovine to eat 2 conical pies and seeing how much weight he puts on with each, the ratio would give you the ratio between the pie volumes
