The problem

is, that we keep tellintg him how to do it, and he isn't doing it. That suggests either incompetance, unwillingness to follow instructions, or a form of extreme stupidity which would suggest turning the computer off asap, before those nice nigerian men come calling again...

I have a feeling it is

part of the troll epidemic we currently seem to be suffering from. STINK_BOMB never seems to hang around after the first ask for help. He/she/it certainly hasn't replied to any of the instructional posts we've left for him. I have a feeling he's just doing it to irritate us.
