If you're using Photoshop . .
Click on the Image Ready button (at the bottom of the toolbar) and it'll take your images over, from there it's just a case of making the frames and optimising it . .

and i have the end frame as him having sucked all his body out, so its just skinny body etc, and i have an alternative where it just leaves his head
