after a while your body adapts, and with meditative aid and a decent diet you function pretty well.

I tried to maintain
four hours a night.
Lasted about six months. Now I'm paying for it with chronic ear-nose-throat infections that will not get out of my system. I just got too run-down. But I got a lot done!
