how do you easily change video files to .gifs? at the moment, i madly press 'capture' then frame each of them.

Import them
into flash.
Select how many fames a second you want, set the canvas size to the same size as the imported video and export as a movie to gif.
At least thats how I do it.

Anyway I dont have Image Ready :-(

yeh, but that's cos it was 24 fps
256 colour 100% dither 0 lossy. This sounds like a challenge... let's see what I can get it down to.

I would have thought youd get away with 6 frames a second.
(

Do you have a choice of how many frames a second you want to import when you import it into Image Ready?
(
BAM,
Wed 5 May 2004, 4:47,

i tried
but all i got was 600 blank, white frames

it seems picky
I had no success with mpegs, but a cinepak avi seems fine.
and yeah, you can choose to import every 2nd, or every 3rd frame and so on..

One frame
flipped, and mushed/rotated. It was originally one source file.
(

and you have just a teeny
delay on that second frame, I suppose
(

I meant it was one source pic.
I think it's four frames created from that one source.

fold it up until it's all corners, and ram it straight up your hole.
