Not sure'spose it depends exactly how borked your computer is. There's plenty of image results for "blue screen of death" on google, though.

/edit the only way I can think of it is if you had a video hooked up to your PC & a TV capture card to capture the image when you were playing it back ... but you would have to be very silly to try that.... is easier to make your own :)

or utilise the fact that it's just a blue screen with some writing in systemto fake it

You need a longer exposure timelonger than several screen refreshes which are say 1/60 or 1/85 of a second
