# Given that I know absolutely bugger all
about animating gifs, could someone point me in the direction of a decent (and of course, free) programme to do it?

(packaged with Paint Shop Pro) - I use it for all my animation - I create the frames in Photoshop and stick 'em together in Animation Shop.

aren't huge if you keep the framrate down to under 10fps and keep the stage small.
