to be honest
it really depends where you live - some places call them neds, or chaves or scallys but I think it really all means the same thing.
I want to meet the guy who coined the phrase "Kappa Slappas" though :)

I used to work in Primark and my girlfriend works in Matalan, and we usualy find it's mostly absolute fucking morons (and es, taking into account the vast majority of people are fucking morons, at least as soon as they enter a shop). These are people who turn stupidity into an art form, that can leave you speechless and in a state of shock with the sheer scale of their mental mediocrity, the kind of people who ask "where's upstairs?"
