What, if I may be so bold as to ask, did you use to create it and the icons? I'm looking to do somthing similar - well, by similar I mean background. Not like that. Though it's very nice. I just already have an idea. But I do like it.

a couple of images I have been playing with and loads of fun filter action.


Then I cheated and set it as wallpaper and just moved the icons to the right places...
