
how can I resize an animated gif (in terms of dimensions)? I've tried convert under unix but that arses up everything but the first frame leaving transparent gaps. Can ImageReady do it without significant arsing about? How? Help :)

in the edit menu isn't it? also if you go window>optimise you can change the optimisation settings.

you should find an empty box in roughly the right size, squeeze your animation into it, and chop off any bits that stick out.
