Lovely work

My top tip is use After Effects, your commitment to warping every frame individually is incredible but AE can speed this up a lot.

I'm writing a tutorial at the moment on how AE and optimising video for gifs, which can help you get started

The latest version is 6.5 I think. It's specifically designed to manipulate video for special effects, with quite a few similarities to Photoshop
