reminds me of..
.. the leaflets we get from the local councillers - they are always 100% sure to be pictures of them pointing to something (usually bushes, footpaths, signs etc etc)

I find it quite worrying that I immediately identified the university bar in the background. Especially as I've only been to Guildford a couple of times to conferences.
(I'd like to point I've never been in the minority of drunks dropping litter outside campus bars, and have done nothing to promote looks of concern.)
