My company used to sell a product called Crystal Reports and the product manager was called Alistair.
So when he sent out information on said product it was entitled 'Crystal tips from Alistair'.

Not necessarily funny but true.

I used to be up to my arse in that API about 10 years ago. It was buggy as fuck. as was th OCX they provided hence the need to use the API.

Edit: Sorry for technical rant but the words Crystal Reports brought back bad memories.
