we miss you setting the challenges.
Why did you leave? What can we do to get you back? It it us? We can change. We can work at it. For the sake of the children, please, come back!

It's Fraser's job now and he does it just fine.
I couldn't do it anyway, I work late on Wednesdays these days.

I think we actually miss the dictator element
But with lots of the whinging about some of the recent compos-- which are democratic and I like this!'d, it's at least forced us to look at the Image Challenge QoTW and click on things we actually want as challenges.
How long this lasts... who knows.

There was constant whinging about the challenges when I did them.
Every single week people moaned. That was for dictator challenges and the democratic ones.
There is no such thing as a bad challenge - it's just up to the board to make funny pictures for it.

I don't remember too much whinging, but that says more about
my brain than anything else.

"You may not see it, but that is one ugly panda bitch!"
Similtaniously reminded me of a Robin Williams sketch about why pandas don't mate (see above) and a SomethingAwful story about working at a chinese restaurant: One of the waters was dating the boss' daughter, who had gotten breast implants for her birthday. They were nice to look at, he's reported to the other staff, but if you actually touched them... not fun at all.
