Surely FF supports bmp? WTF???!!!

Non-optimised, unpacked and needs a proprietary displaying algo. Why should Firefox support it? Online image formats should be possible to optimize according to file size, and progressively loading. BMP doesn't do any of that.

It even loaded from the bottom upwards, so I know it wasn't a mislabeled jpg or whatever.
