Stomach cramps, the runs, in some cases vomiting.

I had it last week, just had the cramps and the urge to race to the bog every 15 min. Felt queasy tho. Try some Andrews or Resolve

Edit: BTW when it started on me I thought it was hunger too

I went to Hemel once

earlier this year when I had a bit of a collaspe attack at work. They thought I'd had a stroke, but it was just a fever affecting me funny. I went photosensitive, and threw things at doctors who wanted to examine me with the light on. Oh, and I snarled at my mum.

Fun times.
