# 'Ning all

I have to make images for songs for a re-sit project, this one is for Don McLean - Starry Starry Night, it's suppose to be a real photo version of Vincent Van Gogh's 'Starry Night'. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make it work better?

# Bloody oath!

I like that just the way it is.

# A more blue teint overall
and some contrasting yellow stars/moons/suns/whatever the guy was thinking of in the sky.

EDIT: oh, I like it too by the way, I saw what it was meant to be right away!

# Ahhhh good call
I was wondering what it was missing, one minute.

Edit: Is it the moon thats in the top left of the original starry night?

# And maybe make the big tree a little darker.
All depending on how close you want it to be to the original, of course.

# Yeah true
The idea is to make it as close to the original while also making it clear that its made from real photos

# shapes in the sky made by patterns of stars rather than blurry motions through the sky.
different sizes/colors/brightnesses of stars, a moon would greatly improve it.
i really like the shape of the tree.

# I was thinking of adding the moon, I'll give it a go

# can't go wrong.

# Add much more blur/distortion on the tree
Very woofull tho

# that's lovely
nice interpretation of both Van Gogh's style and a good Don McLean song.
