Exploding bunny video

Please excuse the re-post from last night, but there's a web-version of the exploding bunny with music here.

Reason- I've been spending all day sodding about with compression and this seems to be acceptable. If anyone finds that it's fucked in any way could you tell me? Mpeg bitrates and stuff are not my forte.
Note- Been using MGI Videowave (free with firewire card) today as it actually delivers web compression much better than premiere 6 (extremely expensive). what's going on there then?

Was a bit jerky at first so rewound and then it was okay.

Yeah. That nicely streamed

over my work ADSL. It was jerky at first, so I yanked the position bar back to the beginning, then it streamed/played at about the same speed (smoothly) till the end. The download was always about 1cm to the right of the position indicator.
