one bloke asked for the word 'Sweatshop' under his. Nike refused. he threatened to sue, Nike countered it. The bloke gave them an offer: he'd drop all charges...if they gave him a signed photo of the 3 year old vietnamese girl who made his trainers.

Nike settled out of court.
