i accidentallytasted a bit while carving this one.
it's horrible.
the inside of a pumpkin is almost
hollow. there is some stringy bits and loads of seeds.
it has about an inch thick flesh which is edible.
after carving a jack o'lantern though the pumpkin
rots quite quickly.

coat it in vaseline!it stops it rotting or drying out & going all wrinkly.
