# it is
here and here.

# If we agree it's a gonna, I have my eye on a new 20" tft from novatech.
I must admit, I'll miss this screen, I love it's fuzziness for gaming. I think Tfts show a bit too much detail.

# don't bank on it
make sure it has proper resolution display at every screen setting. We've just got some at work which only show sharp text at the highest setting. Otherwise it's like looking at a screen without wearing glasses.

# What about Viewsonic?
That sounds as cheap to me!

# Doesn't sound good I'm afraid...
and there are very few quality CRTs left out there. When my old ViewSonic Pro died there just wasn't anything with that kind of spec available any more for under $1000. I've reluctantly given in and bought an LCD.

# Oh.. :(
You pleased with the new one compared to the old 'un?
(, Mon 6 Nov 2006, 23:42, archived)
# relatively...
I still prefer a good CRT to a good LCD... I do a lot of graphics work, and I trust CRTs more for photo editing. Still, I'm pleased with what I've got now that I'm used to it.

# Interesting..
I am pleased to hear that I am not the only one who still prefers the diffused image of a CRT. I too do graphics and some print work.
