When referring to 'a handful', is that the size of the breasts' owner's hands, or the hands of the person grabbing said handful?

I'd say it's the person doing the grabbing...
But it's a fluid kind of rule, it could alter according to the circumstances.
For instance, in bed with the missus needs a whole different set of rules and constants than at the lap-dancing club with your beered-up chums =)
