she is a self-proclaimed doctor
her practices fall outside of what the general medical community agree upon in matters of health. One of the things she does is studies a patients fecal matter to analyze diet and health problems. Personally, i don't see what the fuss is, we do the same thing with animals all of the time

The fuss is
a) she is not a medical doctor
b) her "doctorate" is from a correspondence course from an unrecognised (even by the US education authorities) American college
c) she talks bollocks e.g. "people who don't have enough RNA/DNA age prematurely" (although I suppose that you could argue that that is true!)
