# oh
I just pull the mouse across it, it tends to catch the frame i want
i am a cheatin' mac user, i know

# Cunning. Some daysI just blink quickly
and try to synchronise my eyes being open with the frame I want to look at.

# noon
Miss Nawah!

nay we are discussing pausing animations

Hitting Escape on the mac opens up a hatch in the floor which we fall down if not careful

# i recently activated those 'hot corner whatsits' on my mac
and i'm actually finding it more annoying than useful. But then my mouse broke and I am back to using the touchpad again.
i don't hit esc. unless i'm trying to break my mac.
but then I once crashed a whole PC system that was rendering a 2hr movie overnight by unplugging a device. Blue screen of death. On a mac you'd just get a slight telling off.

# pfft
The corners can be useful

what is annoying is on the mighty mouse how accidentally centre clicking opens the dashboard :(

# nah, switched the corners stuff off
I was activating it with the side buttns of the mighty mouse, and never used it properly anyway.

I F12 the dashboard.

# ooh
not a fan of the mighty mouse
prefer the rip-off clear one you can get in john lewis with a proper right/left click. much better.
mine was a free old one off a mate. going to get that one next.

# simple solution is to delete dashboard
it's shit

# Nope
Click the actual blue scroll bar, it'll cause the gif to pause until you release.

Not in the sexual way.

# no
on safari, at least, if you click on the scroll bar button the animation stops.

this is great as it's like using a "next frame" button.

# I just read it as it went past.
but then i'm boring like that...
