you know I'm always amazedby the amount of b3tans that spill their tea whilst reading the board. I wonder if there shouldn't be a warning somewhere, you know what the americans are like - they'll sue for anything.

I find younegligant on all counts - the training course was arranged, you failed to comply with regulation 2999778883334a which you agreed to having read prior to sign up. We have the documents here.

I tried doing that,but I was counter-sued for discrimination against a hatless person, and I ended up with a $5 net loss.
Since few of us Americans drink tea, I don't think you have much to worry about. It's difficult to get burns from Coca-Cola and such.
