How big is too bigMy latest anim is 251k is that too big for those of you who dial-up? I've tried optimising it but it only saves 10k at the cost of buggering up the animation.

I'd just change the dimensions to be 200 pixels wide and turn off dithering (and probably drop the number of colours). you should get it down to about 100K fairly easily :)

thats a bit big...try making the frames themselves a bit smaller (80% or someat) hopefully you wont lose too much detail and itll save a fair bit
